Pathetic delivery service from Truworths Online

I purchased a tote bag online on 24 January and thereafter I had to email and call the online team begging for it to be delivered. This was only done on Friday 9th February by a courier person who told me that he had been given the task after the initial courier people had failed to deliver 1 single bag. Kindly review the courier services you use in Durban as I never intend purchasing online from Truworths again.
