Pathetic customer services at cornubia truworths

Worst customer service ever , I have purchased a perfume to the value of R300 called "the office", the tester smelt really lovely, only to buy a bottle and use it the next day and there was no smell ,it literally has no smell,I had taken this perfume back to the store and asked to speak to the manager who was of no help what so ever, she told me that there's nothing wrong with the perfume and i had to insist for her to try it on herself , she was rude with her response and told me that she won't exchange it and that I should call customer services, as a manager she has no people or customer service skills ,it's rather pathetic ,this is the store at cornubia mall.
