Pathetic customer service

After having been a client for the past 13 years and with an excellent payment record, one is forced to part ways with the group and vowed never to set foot into any of their stores or recommend any product due to the pathetic customer service mainly from their call center, having been made to verify yourself for 3 consecutive purchases and still have account blocked is totally pathetic, it's as good as being asked to carry a DNA certificate to authentisize oneself.
