Pathetic Customer Service
Absolute pathetic service from customer service. All I need is just a statement a plain statement. Have been battling for a year just to get a simple statement on my account. PATHETIC to say the least.

I haven't still received any statement, in my complaint I dont think that I have mentioned my account number so how can a statement be send ?????????? PLEASE GET THE PEOPLE THAT HANDLE THESE COMPLAINTS TO BE COMPETENT.
