pathetic customer service
I have been trying to get a refund for over two days… I call and even go to the Store at Gateway Umhlanga,
NO ASSISTANCE.. numerous calls and fuel which actgually costs more than the R500 owed to me.
You Area Manager Saadiya has still not gotten back to me --- neither the gentleman Raymond.
I wait for almost an hour ---- what a waste of time --- definitely going to take this Legal!!@!!!!!!
