Pathetic customer service

I placed an online order to be delivered at my residence, over a week my order showed it was with the courier company on the app. On Saturday I received notification that my order was delivered. I haven't received my order and no one can explain who received it, or where it was "delivered" to. I sent emails, whatsapp chats and even calls and no one has got back to me. This is really pathetic service from Truworths.
