Pathetic customer service @ Truworths Boulder's Midrand

I don't understand why Truworths @ Boulders Shopping Center Midrand treat people like *******. As for being undermined by security guard for wanting to buy a belt.

She kept her eye on me until I had to go pay, took the belt from me and walked me to the counter to make sure I pay.

Clearly I don't look like I can afford to buy from Truworths. Now I knw not to walk into that store ever again....nxa
