Pathetic customer service and waiting over an hour for collection of an online order.

I'm a regular patron at the store, I lobe to make use of the online facilities especially when there is a sale and my delivery address is always truworths westgate. I went to the store to collect my order, I stood at the long ques and finally when it was my turn to be assisted they took about an hour looking for my items. I told that that I have an sms and even logged in to show that all items have been delivered to the store, one cashier kept on laughing and was amused by the situation, I was patient enough and all items were retrieved at the store, no apology was given or remorse shown for wasting my time. What hurts the most is that they were undermining me and when I complained absolutely no one paid attention to my complaint. I just want to finish paying my account and make sure that I cut all ties with truworths. I won't even talk about the condition of the items I had ordered, I had to return the shoes instantly as they were damaged and worn out. Please take time to care for your customers cause we spend our hard earned money to spend at the store.
