Pathetic customer service
Safe to say, the day I didn't go ahead with opening an account with Truworths I made the right decision! I ordered a items online for delivery... one week later still no parcel, I received an sms confirming its dispatch and delivery today 2/2/22 ... still no package... I emailed their service desk and got very abrupt answers to a simple request. The customer service is pathetic!!!! I will NEVER make this mistake again.... and I am not holding my breath of receiving my items worth R 789.00!!!

Its officially day 7 and still no parcel??? No word on when it will be delivered. I paid for these items and would appreciate delivery of them within the above turnaround (day 7) which is 3/2/22.
