Pathetic customer service

I'm so disappointed by one of your staff member by the name of Charmine who called my late sisters phone who passed away on the 23rd of February 2022 she called during the second week of March,my sister was a Truworths account holder

When Charmine called my sister's phone her daughter answered the phone and she demanded to speak to Xoliswa in a very rude manner and my sister's daughter asked her who she was speaking to serveral times and she failed to just identify herself,until one of my younger sisters took the phone from my sister's daughter and asked who she was speaking to several times as well then Charmine identified herself saying that she is calling from Truworths and she wants to speak to Xoliswa...My younger sister then proceeded to tell her that our sister passed away on the 23rd of February instead of apologizing for being rude and insensitive Charmine just rudely said to my younger sister "bring her death certificate and ID" mind you the family was still grieving and still in deep pain and your staff member disrespected our mourning period and our late sister. I am utterly disappointed about the pathetic customer service.

I know every call is recorded in customer service if you could listen to calls between the 7 & 8 of March, Charmine didn't even bother apologizing for her behavior she carried on with her rudeness that was a very pathetic customer service

I sent the very same email to Truworths customer services two days ago complaining about the same thing and I only got a automatic reply no one has contacted me about the pathetic customer service I received even after complaining to the company directly
