Pathetic customer service

Worst online shopping experience ever, placed an order with Truworths online on the 31st received email tjat my order will be delivered between 3-7 days and and i will be receiving communications messages, I called on the 8th to track my package and the consultant coiksnt provide me with any details instead said she will call courier and get back to me but she never did, I called again on the 9th Feb to teach my package and all I was told was that my package is still in the container I asked wher eis the container and was told they don't know all they can do is call courier courier I will have to be patient and wait for courier to get back to them.. why give a leas time if you are not going to keep to it, pathetic customer service that has no answer or solution solution your query all they're good at is telling the customer that, they can't provide answers cause theu don't know.
