PATHETIC ARROGANT STAFF

Worst customer care service in South Africa. Truworths as a loyal customer, I'd advise anyone who even considers to open an account with you, not to. Because even if you pay your account off, Truworths never take the account of your credit record. Every single person I've spoken to in regard to this matter has been incredibly rude. I have called a hundred times and NO ONE knows what's going on or who to put me through to handle this situation. The arrogance of the staff members are shocking! What a disappointment!
