Pathetic and worse service ever!

Good day I placed an online order: O***, 22 April 2022. I received an sms that my order will be delivered 26 April 2022, however no order was delivered. When I call the call center, they can't help me. They can only escalate and email the courier service. Which I think is extremely bad service. When I place the order, I wrote instructions for the driver to call when they are outside, as I need to open the gate. Apparently RTT logistics claims that the driver was at my home twice and they could not get hold of me. Which is lies, as I work from home and when I received the sms, I made sure my phone was not on silent, so I can hear when someone calls. This is very frustrating for me as the order consists of a dress for my daughter for Eid and I still don't know if it fits or if it's suitable. I want this matter resolved first thing tomorrow. If my package does not get delivered by 12 midday tomorrow. Don't bother delivering it, just cancel and refund my money back. I think this is the worse service I have ever received from an online purchase.
