Pathetic and unprofessional behavior and service

The Truworths store in Tzaneng Mall's service is pathetic and unprofessional, you wait on the queue for 2 hours but there are only 15 people in front of you, when you ask the floor assistance, they laugh at you, it's annoying as they think all of us have the whole time to ourselves, something must be done.
