Pathetic and No regard for customers
I receive sms notifications from Truworths pertaining to my monthly installments. I went into their store and noticed that my account balance has not changed even though payments are made every month. When i called their call centre on Friday questioning this, I could not get a response from the agent. All he said was that they had not received payment in October 2017. I informed him that this was impossible and that I wanted my statements. To date I have still not received the statements. The last sms notification I received stated that my installment was about R250 and I paid R300 . I always pay more then my installment due. Mysteriously on the 12th I receive an sms notification stating that my installment due in R528. How is this possible and they don't want to send me statements and the mag stripe report showing where and when my card was swiped. How is it possible that payments are made and the balance doesnt decrease even when no purchases are made. Truworths has no loyalty to their customers abd their attitude is pathetic. Msybe they should take some tips from the Foschini Group who values their customers and dont rob them blatantly. This is their cheap mentally and pathetic customer services.
