Pathetic
I've sent an email request on 20 April 2021 to *** for feedback on my IDENTITY account that was closed nearly 6 years ago. Firstly a debt review hold was placed on the account, why? this account was settled long before I went under debt review. And now because of incompetence I have to follow a tedious process just to confirmation that the account is closed./
