Pathetic

Good day It was a sunny day when the make up consultant at Thruworths Cresta assisted me buy my products, I gave her the colour and the name of my product she indeed gave it to me, unfortunately she gave me the different shade. I only noticed it the following day and immediately I called the store. The lady who answered the phone asked me to hold as she was talking to her colleques and laughing while I was on the line(at my expense) Am a regular customer at Thruworths for Easter lauder I don’t buy anywhere else except for Cresta. I was told the lady who normally assist me was off sick but because I was really running out I then opted to buy. I drove to the store on Sunday to exchange the product, the same lady who assisted me asked me to wait for the lady who normally assist me to come back, I asked her when exactly and the answer was ‘AM NOT SURE. Im stuck now with the product I can’t use until the lady is back.im really not impressed because she didn’t even bother to check exact one that I initially wanted and that time I brought the empty bottle for her to see which one I normally buy. I PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT I CAN NOT USE!
