I Have been literally begging you for help for weeks with zero response from you, but should my account go further into arrears you will be quick to be on my ass. I will take zero responsibility should my account go further into arrears as it is your duty to ensure that all your payments portals/options are running smoothly at all times, I will not inconvenience myself to pay this account if you have convenient payment methods available.

I have all emails and hello peter complaints on record should you wish to hand my account over to a debt collection agency, you failed on numerous occasions to assist me in making payment. The service I’ve been getting from you for such basic query is absolutely shocking to say the least.
