Pathetic

Truworths is pathetic, on busy days you only have less then 3 tellers assisting people you have no signs stating that some tellers are closed and after deciding that I want to join the que where there seems to be less people your employee Nokuthula says I can't yet there was no visible sign stating that the specific teller was closed and then you send me messages every day to pay, tell Nokuthula to pay or better yet teach them about customer etiquette!
