Pathethic Time consuming Service delivery
<p>Good day, i sent my phone that i purchased at Truworths Pavilion in for repairs... i was informed by the consultant there that it will take 6 weeks for repairs- when i asked why so long? he stated it needed to go to Jhb - How ridicuolous is this ? i further called MTN and queried 2 weeks later on the update in which they responded they did not even yet receive the phone ! to my disappointment i called truworths to query with them in which they stated that the phone was still with them and were awaiting mtn to collect it ? 2WEEKS ALREADY! WHAT BULL .... I AM COMPLETELY APPAULED BY THIS PROCESS... I WILL NOT WAIT 6 WEEKS FOR MY PHONE TO RETURN- IS TRUWORTHS WILLING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR OVER A MONTH LOST? PATHETIC ! </p>
