****** parcel!

We paid for sneakers in JHB to be collected in a store in FS early July. The owner was turned back as he didn't have his original ID,just a copy. He then went a 2nd time with someone who has an ID but they required a permission letter.

Yesterday (5 July) I physically visited the store in FS only to be told that the order was collected. Collected by who???? Immediately when the staff heard what I was there for, they became uneasy and 2 if them left the store, on their way out one asked me what's the name of child who came for his shoes, I told her and they reminded each other as they left the store. All those staff members knew exactly what I was talking about and were all uncomfortable

The manager said the shoes were not in stock and the order was collected and the investigation will take long. We don't have "long".

This has been going on for a month. No shoes, no refund. Just theft and vibes.
