Paledi truworths poor service

I was at paledi truworths paledi on Sunday and the service was very poor I had to stand on the line for 35 to 40 minutes, when I was close to pay one customer needed to be assisted by the manager but she was on the phone for like the whole time I was on the line and us as customers we had to ask her to help us so we can pay . And this thing of customers needing manager 's happened twice we as customers had to ask her to assist. It was very poor for me and I believe for others as well
