PAID UP TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT!!!! STILL NO PAID UP LETTER

I paid up my Truworths account via EFT to their Attorneys MBD, I've been calling for about two weeks now requesting a paid up letter the consultant's keep saying the payment is not allocated, I sent proof of payment four times to four different people. I still haven't received my letter. I've spent so much money calling to resolve the issue no one is helping. MBD and Truworths please provide with a paid up letter. I'm about to lose my job because of your incompetence.
