07 Aug 2015, 16:38Hello vencopops,
Thank you for your post and affording us the opportunity to respond.
We acknowledge your frustration and have therefore liaised with our Legal department regarding your concerns.
We were informed that your payment was made via Electronic Transfer Funds (EFT) to National Debt Collections (NDC) who was handling your account on our behalf. EFT payments ordinarily take up to 3 working days to reflect. As no payment notification was received from NDC on the day of your enquiry you were correctly informed by the consultant from our Legal department that a paid up letter could not be issued. She has however apologized for the manner in which you felt she attended to your query.
We believe that a paid up letter has in the interim been emailed to you on 05 August 2015, however following our telephonic conversation, it was noted that this email address is incorrect, as such we have resent the paid up letter today to your current email address.
Kind regards,
Lynn
