Paid up Letter from Truworths

I've just paid up my account for Truworths but I can't get a paid up letter so I can send it to the credit bureau in order to try and remove a default listing - I've been told to wait 10 working days and I need to get the default listing removed as soon as possible so I'm not getting any joy with Truworths. My life is disaster with this listing.
