Paid up letter delay from truworths

I had an account ,I paid it up on 26 May 2024 than requested a paid up letter ,it's now 20 June and when I call I'm being told to wait another 21 working days for my paid up letter because the company only sent my paid up letter request on 10 June which is really ****ing me off .will never advise anyone to open an account with this company
