Paid up letter

Good day

I paid my trustworthy account in full on Monday i was promised to get the paid up letter after the money reflects on their account , now they saying 8 to 10 working days which is not fair on my side cause i need that letter urgently. i paid the letter and the money is reflecting the thing closing the account and sending me the letter after those days doesnt make sense. with Foschini they send me the letter the day after 8 to 10 working days for a letter its not fair on my side
