Paid up letter
<p>I have been pastured for months to make a payment and when I have eventually set up my paid up my account, I am having troubles with getting my paid up letter. They have been throwing me back and forth for it. Can I get my paid up letter now!!!!</p>

I have contacted your legal department countless times and I have spoken to Tamryn and Masixole who promised to send my paid up letter in 24hrs but I have never received it. This morning I spoke to a very rude and unprofessional lady who was very unhelpful, unfortunately I could not get her name as she was very unapologetic about this whole thing. I do not know why is it taking more than 6weeks for me to receive my paid up letter. Can I please get my paid up letter. Call me ********** 041 or email me at **********
