Paid-up letter

Good day,

I requested a paid-up not a statement, as I paid-up the account on the 14/12/2020. Truworths is unfair to it’s customers and would not advise anyone to do business with them. After checking my email I noticed that nothing was sent by Truworths. I will not be liable for for any payments as I requested this account to be close in time and was I promised it would be closed. CAN I GET MY PAID-UP LETTER.
