Paid up letter
I have been trying to get hold of the customer service to send me my paid up letter but i am not getting any joy. Account was paid up in January already and I haven’t received anything. I was told account is handed over to lawyers but I also cannot get hold of those lawyers. Please assist I just need my letter only.
