Paid monthly installment: they want more!
I paid my July installment which was quoted as R290.00 at the Brooklyn Mall Truworths: I paid R300.00. Last week and this morning I received SMSs saying that I still owe them R90 despite paying my installment in full and more than the amount which was asked.<br> <br> Please note that I pay every month and do not miss a payment: why then am I being pestered like this?<br> <br> I have paid the amount which was asked!!!!

We acknowledge your frustration regarding the installment amount you received from one of our consultants.
Upon reviewing your account we have ascertained that your installment was R290.00 for the period March - June 2015, but had increased to R390.00 following your purchase made on 04 July 2015.
We have brought this matter to the attention of the relevant store manager and were informed that our consultant regrettably cannot recall your visit to our store. The manager will however address this matter with all store staff, to remind them of the importance of providing our customers with accurate and factual information at all times.
