Paid installement early now threatened with blackl
In December we paid our Truworths installement early for January only to be told that it is not considered the installement but an additional payment. Now we get phoned telling us if we don't pay this installement that we paid early already we are going to get blacklisted! What ******** is this. Strange how Donna Claire was fine with the installement payment on the same day as Truworths got paid.

Thank you for your post.
Following our telephonic conversation, you informed us that the account being queried does not belong to you. Whilst we do not ordinarily discuss any matters pertaining to an account with anyone other than the account holder we believe that our response does not contain any confidential information.
Upon reviewing this account we confirm receipt of the payment made on 09 December 2015. When an account holder pays his/her account in advance, they are required to inform the cash desk consultant to allocate the funds as a pre-payment. As this payment was not processed as a pre-payment, the next installment was still outstanding.
We trust that we have adequately attended to this matter for you however , should you have any further enquiries, please feel free to contact us on *** or via email on ***.
Kind regards,
Lynn
