Paid but they put on arrears as if I missed the payment

I will go straight to the point they I am so disappointed.

I have an account with Truworths, I have been a good payer ever since I opened the account, I have never miss a single monthly payment.

Last month I paid my account on the last day of the month, the required amount of my installment for October 2024 and on the 09th November I paid for November installment, early this month (December 2024) I received messages that are claiming me to pay my account before it goes to arrears, I firstly ignored these messages up until I went to store to pay for December installment and that's when I found out that they recorded that I missed the payment of November and I am in arrears. This shocked me because I paid as early as possible. Now i am in arrears for something I paid.

What pains me more is I am working very hard to maintain good credit score and records so I can apply for a credit to get accommodation, now Truworths is putting me backwards just for being a good payer.

Please help me to solve this.
