Package lost (Truworths) online shopping

I bought shoes at one of Truworths stores (Office London). I was assured that my package was out for delivery and will be delivered on Monday but it was not delivered. They lost the package and no one wants to take responsibility ( Truworths and RTT) I have been wasting my airtime by calling Truworths from Monday .I spoke to Malika and she told me that there is nothing they can can do. I have been contacting RTT but they are also not willing to help. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TRUWORTHS STORES, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE ATTITUDE THEY GAVE THIS INCIDENT PROVED THAT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
