Overcharged interest

Truworths has been charging me interest for a phone that purchased in December last year, even this month statement still has R18.00 interest, how do you pay interest for something that you had finish paying long ago, even the so called 6 months interest is long over, By the way Im even closing that account, I'm not happy ka Truworths.
