Over a month a still no settlement letter
Truworths commissioned Anthony Richards and Associates to collect a debt from me on their behalf. As of May 2014 i made an arrangement with this company to pay by debit order. On the 10th of June 2015 I decided to settle the debt by paying an amount of around R3500. I was promised a settlement letter within 7-14 days.<br> <br> Its now the 15th of July and i still have not received the lettter. Everytime I call I'm told a request was made with the Admin dept and there people who came before me who also require same. This is really frustarting because after receipt of the letter i still have to take the letter to Truworths in order for them to update my ITC record
