OUTSTANDINGLY POOR SERVICE

Hi, re my previous review regarding Truworths. They still have not done anything. I've already mailed Milani 4 times, not even the decency.of a reply from her. Spoke to their consultant 15 minutes on my costs, they promised that "my supervisor will call you shortly". That was 29th of July. BUT they send an sms to remind me of my account payment!! What more can I do to get them to rectify my account problems ??
