Outstanding service

Good day

I thought it necessary to take a moment to express my gratitude to one of your staff members by the Eloff store by the name of Getty. Her ability to engage and help was a breathe of fresh air. She was a totally delightful help as I was short on time and unsure of what I really wanted, she picked up on my need for help and approached me as I stood in the ladies department, almost defeated and ready to leave, she was smiling, professional and yet warm, I left your store with what I needed, in a lighter mood and felt like I had just met an old friend.

Having been in the service industry for many years, I can honestly say you can't **** that kind of attitude. You guys are doing a great job, customer service is a lost art.
