Outstanding Customer Service

I had a the most wonderful customer service from Rose & Mary at Truworths Eastgate Mall, in the ladies department.

I went in to exchange an item purchased earlier in the month from the Melrose Arch store however had misplaced my receipt. Rose in paricular went above & beyond to assist, by contacting the Melrose Arch store to request a copy of the receipt.

Rose was patient with a wonderfully pleasant & helpful demeanour. She even stayed on past her shift for around 45 mins (or more) to get resolution. I am extremely grateful for her quality service. It's very refreshing to get this kind of attention in the retail industry - Rose is an asset to the Truworths brand! I'd give her an 8-star rating if the system allowed.

Rose deserves a day off! Thank you once again to both you & Mary - I am most grateful.
