Outstanding customer service

Good day,

I was at Truworths Mall of Africa yesterday (12 Feb 2018). I was assisted by the ladies at the fitting rooms as I had difficulties with an item I wanted to purchase...If i'm not mistaken the lady that assisted me with with one of her other colleagues was Zikhona(i hope i'm correct, she was at the fitting rooms just before 7pm)...These ladies were so helpful and were very patient with me. I walked out of the store overwhelmed by the customer service I received. Thank you so much ladies and may you continue to with the excellent service you are providing. It really goes a long way when you are frustrated with getting something you need and there are people like the two ladies which assisted to assist in finding the perfect item.

My shopping experience at the store has always been a pleasant experience as all of the staff on the floor will great with a genuine smile and are always helpful.
