I am so very disappointed with truworths insurance for devices, I have been lost my phone and claim it last month already, ever since till now im waiting for the claim<br> <br> I have to call myself to check...then I will be placed for 10 min's on the call till I dropped cause they are using a 086 number,when I call I get different stories that my phone it's on its way...<br> <br> I have called today requested to speak to the manager but I was advised that they will me back till now,im waiting<br> <br> I just want to cancel that insurance

We have therefore liaised directly with Finrite regarding your concerns. We were informed that your claim was authorized however Finrite was unable to reach you on the numbers provided to them. We have in the interim supp**** them with the number provided in your post and were informed that a representative will contact you shortly.
We have further received confirmation your handset will be delivered today 27 October.
