Order status delivered but did not receive anything

Ordered online one the 12th of December, order was supposed to arrive on the 23rd od December, when I followed up was told it was on the wrong route but will be delivered as soon as possible, now when I check the status it says order delivered? I did not receive this order and I was at home yesterday the whole day, today is the 6th of January 2026 and I still have not received my order. Tried calling and was on hold for 20 min because all Consultants are busy. I WANT MY ORDER BY TOMORROW!!!!
