I actually REGRET ordering from you guys. on Wednesday I placed a birthday gift on your website for my partner and was told delivery will be in 3 - 5 days, and today the 7th of July I get an SMS telling me that the order was cancelled cause you guys place items on your website that you do not have which is ********* advertising. I am also informed that the refund will take 10 days, how when the gift was for the 13th of July and when I contact your contact center I am being placed on hold constantly or the line gets cut.
