I logged a complaint with Truworths 10days ago regarding an incorrect item they sent me and till today no feedback but we will get back to you. I dont have the item I paid for and they sent me something very different, because the watch I purchased is not in their inventory but the online store it was available, that to me seems like false advertising.

I need this to be resolved ASAP as I am already been charged interest on an ITEM I dont have yet I already paid for it
