ORDER NOT RECEIVED

I have a problem with the order number f*** which was made on the 02/08/2021.I received all 9out of 10 items I use to receive them one by one had to visit Truworths Secunda mall several times I didn’t have a problem with that because you have amazing staff with excellent customer service. The staff at Secunda have tried their best calling all relevant people but no success so I came here asking for help I need the last item on my order kindly assist further the order was from store 327 to 847 its ***1 3underwears small please assist I understand the delay but not tracking my order which was charged it’s not on you are frustrating your employees
