Order not received

I want to cancel my order. I placed an order two weeks ago order no o***. I’ve been waiting for it. You guys keep lying on my name by saying that I didn’t change the numbers before I ordered which I did. But anyway I gave you the correct numbers to give to your delivery guys last week but you didn’t update them. You keep saying that the driver couldn’t get ahold of me but no one tried to call me. I even have my call log to show you. You keep saying you will escalate but you are escalating nothing. I am expected to pay uber 2k for something that I didn’t receive? You might as well cancel that order and close my account or that account will be in arrears I promise you.
