Order delivered at the wrong place/wrong province

I placed an order last week with truworths and as I was waiting for delivery i received a call from the courier company asking where I was as they were in the neighbourhood to do delivery. Only to find out that they are at the wrong place, wrong province even. I quickly call the online thing to find out what is happening and the lady I was talking too confirmed that the address shows a different province in the zip code so the courier company must have registered it wrong. Even worse I need this order by the end of the week hence I ordered early, but the call centre ladies where not much of help as they could not help me besides “ escalating” the issue.

So disappointed, first time ordering with them and online even am not even considering dealing with them in the near future
