Order Delayed!!!

I placed an order online on the 29th of October, and to my shock, it’s still showing as “Order in Progress” today! I reached out to customer service and spoke with Khanyisa, who told me that to either cancel or receive my order, I’d have to wait another 5–7 working days.

Honestly, this is beyond disappointing. These items were supposed to be a gift I needed to give tomorrow — and now that’s completely ruined. Terrible service and zero urgency to help customers. 🚮
