Order delayed

I ordered two weeks ago online and they were quick for me to make the payment and it then stated that I will get my order within 5-7 working days …I then got the notification on the 7th day to say my order will come on the 5/12 between 8 and 5…I was up waiting for my order to reach my door step but still nothing …I then made a phone call to enquire about my order and all the consultant could say is that it will be here by 6 because there is a lot of orders …today I made another phone call and I was told the courier said I wasn’t available when I was at home the previous day the whole day waiting and that my order will come today …now there is still no order and I decided to make another call not only did I have to wait on the line for 10 minutes before getting helped but I was also told that it will come tomorrow…This is honestly pathetic last week I ordered from Mr Price online and got better service and my order came on time …there is no service at all from Truworths and they clearly do not communicate properly with their courier services.I will never order from them again!
