Order cancelled after online purchase.

I just made an order for a T****ze dress i have been wanting to order all year. When i saw it was on sale and there was only one size left, i jumped and used my last money to buy the dress. The order went through as usual and the money was subsequently deducted from my account.

This morning i get a notification that my order was canceled and the item is no longer available? What do you mean the dress that showed available when i made my order is now suddenly unavailable?

Extremely disappointed and I am a loyal customer of Truworths.
